Amenities:

  1. Best amenities in current location
  2. Worst amenities in current location
  3. Most important amenities needed
  4. Retailers in or near building

Area of Tucson:

  1. Close to airport, downtown, I-10 etc..
  2. Central, east, northwest etc..

Time Line:

  1. Occupancy date
  2. Time line for process

Lease Concerns:

  1. How many years
  2. Extensions
  3. Expansion, 1st right on additional space

Location Accessibility:

  1. For clients
  2. For employee’s
  3. Deliveries

Office Space Plan:

  1. Owners-Presidents office: 200 - 400 square feet.
  2. Side offices: 120 - 150 square feet.
  3. Open areas including cubical space = # of employee’s x: average 200 sq. ft.
  4. Reception area: 150 – 300 square feet.
  5. Conference rooms: 15 – 30 square feet per employees.
  6. Mail room, copy room, storage: 75 – 200 square feet.
  7. Lunch room = 20 square feet per employee.
  8. Upgrades over standards.
  9. Number of electrical outlets.
  10. Kitchen amenities, dishwasher etc..
