January 22nd, 2012 Being a low flat fee discount real estate broker-agent here in Tucson, I'm looking at property all over Tucson. I was looking at property in Rita Ranch this past week and there are some great values in Rita Ranch. Prices per square foot run approximately $75 to $100. Rita Ranch has a few thousand homes and is located near Houghton and Valencia in the Vail school district. As always, please check for specific schools before buying a house. The price range of the homes in Rita Ranch are $80,000 to $270,000. I have friends that live in Rita Ranch and like living there. Most amenities are close by and not far from I-10.
